1. These terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Alsatronix Solutions DMCC (“we”, “us”), which provides AlsaTitan. You accept them when you create an account or use AlsaTitan. If you do not accept them, do not use AlsaTitan.

You must be 18 or older to use AlsaTitan.

Our Privacy Notice explains how we use your personal data.

2. What AlsaTitan is

AlsaTitan is a market research, analytics and education platform. It offers live market data, charts, calculators, AI assistants, simulated paper trading, strategy testing and community scripts.

AlsaTitan is not a broker, an exchange or an investment adviser, and it does not carry out real trades. Paper trading uses simulated money only. You place real orders through your own broker.

3. No financial advice

Nothing in AlsaTitan — including AI answers, scores, alerts and paper-trading bots — is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Your decisions are your own.

Trading involves a substantial risk of loss. Past, simulated and backtested results do not predict future results.

4. Market data

Market data, quotes, filings and news come from third-party providers “as is”. They may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Check important figures with your broker or the original source before you act on them.

You may use market data only for yourself, within AlsaTitan. Do not copy, resell or redistribute it.

5. AI features

AI answers can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Check them before you rely on them.

Your plan has a limit on AI messages. Settings shows how many you have used this month.

6. Your account

Give us accurate details, keep your password safe and do not share your account: each account is for one person. Tell us at [email protected] straight away if you think someone else has used it.

7. Acceptable use

When you use AlsaTitan, do not:

• get around our security checks, rate limits or message limits;
• scrape AlsaTitan or download its data in bulk, by any automated means;
• copy, take apart or reverse-engineer AlsaTitan, except as far as the law allows;
• publish scripts that contain malicious code or that try to harm other users or our systems;
• upload or share unlawful content, or other people's personal data without the right to do so;
• use AlsaTitan to provide regulated financial services to others.

8. Scripts you publish

You keep ownership of the scripts you write. When you publish one, you allow other AlsaTitan users to view, copy and run it within AlsaTitan. If you lock it, AlsaTitan does not show or let others copy its code, but they can still run it; when it runs, its code is sent to their browser.

We may remove scripts. We do not review other users' scripts, so you run them at your own risk.

9. Connected services

When you connect a Google service or an exchange account, you allow AlsaTitan to use it as our Privacy Notice describes, and that service's own terms apply too. AlsaTitan only reads exchange accounts; it never places orders through them.

10. Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe, at the price shown when you subscribe. A subscription renews automatically every month or every year, depending on your plan, until you cancel it.

To switch between monthly and annual billing, or to cancel, email [email protected], and we will confirm by email; Settings → Cancel Subscription shows how. After you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and does not renew.

If you delete your account, any subscription ends at once, and the rest of the period is not refunded.

Payments for paid plans are not refundable. If a payment never reached an account — for example, a purchase made under an email address whose owner didn't add it — email [email protected] and we'll refund it. You can use AlsaTitan's free version before you pay. This doesn't affect any right to a refund the law gives you.

New accounts may get our paid plan free for 7 days. No card is needed, and nothing is charged during or after the trial. When the trial ends, the account goes back to the free version unless you subscribe; subscribing during the trial starts your paid plan at once and ends the trial. One trial per person: we may refuse or end a trial that we reasonably believe is a second trial for the same person, or that uses a temporary or forwarding (“hide my email”) address. The free version and the paid plans include different numbers of AI messages; the pricing page shows the current numbers.

If we change the price of your plan, we will tell you before your next renewal, and the new price applies only from that renewal.

11. Our rights in AlsaTitan

AlsaTitan, its software, design and content belong to us or to our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use AlsaTitan under these terms. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without owing you anything.

12. Changes to AlsaTitan

We keep improving AlsaTitan, so features may change, be added or be removed. We try to keep it available, but it may sometimes be unavailable, for example while we release an update.

13. Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete Account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

14. Our responsibility to you

AlsaTitan is provided “as is” and “as available”. As far as the law allows, we give no promises about it beyond those in these terms.

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for trading or investment losses, for loss of profits or data, or for indirect losses, and our total responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits a responsibility that the law does not allow us to limit.

If you break these terms or the law when using AlsaTitan and someone makes a claim against us because of it, you will cover our resulting losses and reasonable costs.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai decide any dispute. If you are a consumer, you keep any protection the law of the country where you live gives you.

16. Changes to these terms

When we change these terms, we post the new version here with a new date. If a change is significant, we will email account holders before it takes effect. If you keep using AlsaTitan after that, the new terms apply.
